Enhanced Boost Factor for Three-Level Quasi-Switched Boost T-Type Inverter

A new modulation strategy has been introduced in this paper order to enhance the boost factor for three-level quasi-switched T-type inverter (3L-qSBT2I). Under approach, component rating of power devices is significantly decreased. Moreover, use a larger produces smaller shoot-through current. This benefit leads reducing conduction loss significantly. Furthermore, neutral voltage unbalance also considered. The duty cycle two active switches (qSB) network redetermined based on actual capacitor voltages recovery balance condition. Noted that will not be affected by proposed strategy. method taken into account compared with other previous studies. operation principle and overall control configuration are detailed. simulation experiment implemented help PSIM software laboratory prototype demonstrate accuracy
